Tips/Comments by Stan
The year is drawing to an end and what a year we have had. Of all the things that happened this year a couple things stand out.
From going to the many shows and reading our Mustang magazines it appears that the restomoding is very popular especially with the older Mustangs. Everyone wants to personalize their car to their own needs and also to make them more like the high dollar cars. The Parts Houses have stepped up and made the parts available so anyone can have a high dollar car, even if it may just look like the expensive ones.
I would like to welcome the new members and would hope that they would join us at the Christmas party. We are a fun club and you only get from it what you put into it. We say that we are a car club but it is the people that sure make the difference.
As a car club we are dedicated to keeping your personal information private. We will not give it to anyone for any reason. If you need anything just give us a call or e-mail.
Remember don’t be a stranger!!!!!!!
There are two sides to every divorce: Yours and buttheads.
A good friend will come and bail you out of jail… but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, DAMM… that was fun!.
Everyday I beat my own previous record for number of consecutive days I have stayed alive.

THE PREZ SEZ
Season’s Greetings:
First of all, we want to thank Mike, Rebecca, Michael & Olivia Winter for
hosting the MCMM hayride and potluck on Saturday, October 9th. They went
above and beyond for all of us and we really enjoyed ourselves. However, in
the future we hope that the second wagon load of Club members won’t be so
disorderly! As I recall that Saturday was the last nice Saturday that we
had, great timing everyone!
During the next few months, we can enjoy and reflect on the recent activities we shared as a Club, the Mustanging we did, the miles we drove and the new people we met or the old acquaintances we renewed. Our ponies are stored and we can relax, refresh and recharge. We will have no regular membership meeting in December. So, please attend the Christmas party and Officer Installation on December 11th at the Four Occasion Hall on Millington Road, just west of M-15 in Millington.
Dues for 2005 are payable anytime. Mail your check to Gregg Glaviano at his Flushing address.
Enjoy your holidays
with your family & loved ones. We look forward to seeing you at the
Christmas party or at the January regular meeting, or both.

GINGER-SESAME SALMON
RECIPE PROVIDED BY LINDA STRAPPAZON
Preheat barbecue or broiler. Season salmon with salt and pepper; grill or broil salmon 3-4” from heat, until opaque through (4-5 minutes on each side). Remove all skin and bones; break salmon into large chunks and arrange on serving platter; stir together, soy sauce, seasoned rice vinegar and ginger, spoon over salmon and scatter green onions over all. Combine garlic and sesame oil in a small saucepan and warm gently until garlic is golden light in color. Pour gently over salmon and serve. Recipe makes four servings. Enjoy!

The boxes can be any size and you can send them for Christmas or anytime. Some ideas are: Christmas decorations, garland, hokey decorations, nothing electronic, cards, paper and stamps. Chips, crackers, peanuts, canned cheese, gummy bears, beef jerky, cookies (store bought or homemade, if homemade they must be wrapped individually in wax paper and foil), books, DVD, Christmas CD’s, crossword and word search puzzles. Basically include anything fun because they have the necessities, but not much else. Boxes have been taking 3-5 weeks to get there, so send them as soon as possible. Be sure to include a personal note to tell them how much you appreciate what they are doing. You could also tell them a little bit about yourself and your family. If you include a self-addressed, stamped envelope they most likely will write you back.
