CHINESE SALAD
RECIPE PROVIDED BY JAN STEINBORN
1 head Napa cabbage
4 green onions
chop thin and mix together the day before
1 pkg. slivered almonds
3 T sesame seeds
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (just the noodles)
˝ stick of butter
Sauté’ together until golden brown, cool. (Can also be done the day before.)
Dressing
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
˝ cup vinegar
2 T soy sauce
Mix together in jar, shake well. (Also can be made up ahead of time)
Just before serving, toss cabbage with dressing & add almond mixture. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
