CHEESY POTATOES
RECIPE PROVIDED BY JAN STEINBORN
1 stick butter TOPPING
1 pound Velveeta cheese 2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 stick melted butter
1 16 oz. container sour cream
2 pounds southern style hash browns
In a large sauce pan mix together the butter, cheese, soup and sour cream and cook on low heat until melted. Add hash browns and mix well. Put into a sprayed 9x13 pan. Mix together corn flakes and butter. Put over the hash browns. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour. Enjoy!
